     When Heifer International China Office, association for rural development of Yilong county and Daba Mountain Research Association for Ecology and Poverty Reduction won the bid of China Foundation For Poverty Allevition, in order to strengthen communication of the two organization, Heifer International China Office invited secretary general of association for rural       development of Yilong county Gao Xiangjun  to participate Heifer Internationaltrainingwhichhold from MAR.7th to 10th 2006 in kunming。
