In 2003, Trickle Up had given further funds to altogether new 100 family businesses in Yilong County. The Trickleup-funded family businesses had been launched respectively in March and August of 2003. The beneficiaries came from the open and democratic selection among the cadres and the masses in the target communities --- Xijiao village in Malu Township, Zhongyuan, Tongchun and Huaguang villages in Bajiao Township.

All beneficial families expressed their appreciation to Trickle Up, and signified they would try all best to develop their family businesses in hopes of the good results. ARDY would give them helps as possibly as it could in management or technologies to realize their desires.

In one week after they received the grant, most microenterprisers had invested the grant in their planned family businesses. They showed great enthusiasm and confidence in their family businesses.
